Smokers

So the ultimate result is, 0+0=0. People in western countries have become quiet health conscious nowadays. And we are lagging behind.

Smoking has been banned in public places but there is no actual use of this law. It is quite noticeable here and there, people, especially the students, smoking without any hesitation. I think tea/cigarette sellers should not be allowed on the university campus. Smokers think they look smarter(?) when they smoke. These retarded people say it's a "trend"(?). This idea makes them smoke again and again. And it's a wonder, you will see many female students smoking in a especially known canteen and in some roadside cigarette shops on DU campus. Common students know these gangs as "chain smokers".

Some people are always interested in breaking the law. Law, which has no application in real life, has no value. I think strict measures should be taken to enforce it.
