State of ACC
Going by newspaper reports, a retired colonel seems to be the focal point of All Confused Condition (ACC) that reigns in ACC till date! One feels the ACC will remain in a permanent state of confusion, to the satisfaction of the corrupt. Despite notification by the establishment ministry issued on 26th April; this gentleman carries on, and on top of that has made himself a Director of ACC.
It goes to show how impotent is our governance.
