Stop question paper leak

The Daily Star published a report titled SSC Exams: Question leak allegations surface again on February 2. Although Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid had refuted the allegations, there can be no doubt that question papers have continued to be leaked. Instead of refuting well-grounded allegations, I think the government should identify the causes of leaks and find out ways to prevent these from happening. The quality of education is deteriorating gradually due to the government's failure to tackle this issue.
