The Sundarbans, the world's largest mangrove forest, is a renowned world heritage site. Ironically, nowadays it seems that some steps by the government would worsenthe crisis this coastal forest faces. I would like to urge the government not to allow any hazardous industries in the ECA of the Sundarbans. Development at the expense of the environment may help our economic growth on a temporary basis, but in the long run, our future generation would be the sufferer.
