a) All markets, commercial establishments, shops, industrial units must be closed by 8:00pm sharp except doctors' chambers, hospital, clinics, railway stations, bus stations, restaurants, recreation institutions and emergency service providers those run by PDB lines. The agencies concerned will have to be vigilant to watch the irregularities with utmost sincerity and impose penalties for non-compliance with the directive.

b) Export oriented industrial units will have to be given some extra ours to run their factories every day.

c) Illegal connections must be detected and disconnected without any notice. There should be no scope of reconnection in those cases.

I think the authorities will give a serious thought to the above issues and insist upon the government to pass a law in the parliament for its immediate enforcement.

We all know that in the rich & developed countries shops and above type of establishments close by latest 6:00pm - then why can't we do the same?
