Time to rethink about hartal

Ill feelings came to my mind for both who called the hartal and who created some opportunity for others to call it. If a general survey is carried, I am sure only 10%-12% of the officials miss office due to hartal. So it's a clash of ego between the government and the opposition. Whatever the reason is, the country should not come to a halt. There must be some other means to express your disagreement- without harming others' minimal rights and security.
