Too many ministries
The regime is doing nothing to streamline so many ministries, and far too many ministers. Also it cannot explain it away; although common sense can grasp the underhand implications.
Why this go-slow policy? The issue is quality vs. quantity. The good points in governance are drummed indefinitely into deaf ears, while the weak points are brushed under the air-conditioned carpets, not made of local jute!.
There is some decency in asking for votes, and some background formality are involved. The governance is too informal. This is one of the weaknesses of our society. None to lead in reformatory exercise (self-interest intrudes).
Governance has been privatised!
