Upgrading of Qawami degree
Prime minister Begum Khaleda Zia has declared that the Qawami degree would be treated as equivalent to the master's degree. She has also said that steps would soon be taken for implementing the government decision.
I think the decision is unwise, given the poor standard of madrassah education in the country.
