Voter list
The CEC says that the Supreme Court has not asked the EC to update the voter list by sending enumerators door to door. Well, we would like to know WHETHER the Supreme Court has asked the EC to update the voter list by NOT going door to door for including eligible voters in the list? We would further like to know what is the NORMAL or CONVENTIONAL procedure of updating the voter list?
Common sense says that the SC verdict indicates this normal or conventional procedure which the EC adopted earlier. Think about it!
