Weekly holiday
Once again I fully endorse the letter (January 28, 2006) of A Husnain from Dhaka regarding one and a half days weekly holiday for Bangladesh. I wish the BNP led government has the guts to act before it is too late. The govt. Should not be afraid because the change they will do is for the betterment of the country as a whole. I understand the problem the govt. is facing is because Gen. Ershad is out on the streets begging for votes and Friday was declared weekly holiday during his regime of nine years.
