Whither Saarc?
Bangladesh has to take a clear stand during the coming Saarc conference in Dhaka. It is make or break Saarc. Totally non-dynamic & useless. Global politics and diplomacy are changing fast & Saarc could be self-sufficient with one and a half billion people.
