Why import duty waiver on drum seeders?
In order to promote agriculture the proposed budget has made import of drum seeders duty free. As far as I know drum seeders are very easy to make and several local manufacturers are already manufacturing them.
Waiving import duty on this product will go against the proliferation of its local manufacture. Therefore, I strongly appeal for the cancellation of this waiver.
