Why UN?

Bangladesh is an independent country. We have democracy in practice, you can argue about its effectiveness; but I believe that this practice is slow but active. Both the major political parties had their fare chance of ruling the country. And it is the people of Bangladesh who will determine who did well and who performed badly.

It is really sad that some respected intellectuals of Bangladesh are asking the UN to interfere in the internal affairs of Bangladesh. This is not on, I must say.
