Rohingya delegation leaves for Myanmar

A delegation of 20 Rohingyas left for Myanmar this morning to see the facilities prepared by the government there ahead of a planned repatriation of the first batch of refugees.

They were accompanied by seven government officials led by Rohingya Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner Md Mizanur Rahman.

They departed Teknaf upazila of Cox's Bazar on a speed oat on the Naf river at 9:20am, our staff correspondent reports from the spot.
