Carnival of Dust

Hey, is it just me or has the amount of dust in Dhaka city increased exponentially over the past two years? It is absolutely ridiculous. In a few months' time I might have to roam around this city in a shemagh pretending I'm knee deep in the sands of the Gobi Desert. I can't find respite even in my room. I would come back home everyday to find a thin layer of dust covering my table. It is extremely frustrating to wipe it off of my stuff. It is even more so to do it EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I feel like I'm fighting a lost battle here. But seriously, roads being cut up every now and then, new buildings being erected, old ones being demolished; all these shenanigans are drowning us in the sea of these infinitesimal devil spawn.
I miss the blue skies that are now shrouded in the clouds made of dust. ;_;
