Stuck. Pls halp!

It's 4 pm. I lie still in bed with the windows and balcony door open. The eerie silence of the once-bustling city doesn't bother me anymore.
It's 4 pm. I lie still in bed with the windows and balcony door open. The eerie silence of the once-bustling city doesn't bother me anymore. It's been 3 months. I haven't seen my friends after that day we went to scrounge for food 5 weeks ago. It wasn't like this before. We were never worried about finding food in this city. But ever since all the restaurants and cafés closed down, we had to resort to despicable means to fill our stomachs at the end of the day. Now all the places that were occupied by vibrant youngsters are home to hordes of lifeless zombies. I spot a few gathering around the gate of my house. Time to turn on the electric fence again, I guess.
