THE LAZARUS EFFECT

Lazarus Effect stars Olivia Wilde and actor/filmmaker Mark Duplass (Togetherness) as members of a group of medical students, who are working on an experimental treatment for resurrecting the dead on deceased animals – a treatment that seems to work, at that. However, when one of their kind (Wilde) is killed in a lab accident, she ends up becoming the first human tested. And the results are not altogether ideal.

The film's cast includes fan-faves Evan Peters (American Horror Story) and Donald Glover (Community), and it was directed by documentarian David Geib (the acclaimed Jiro Dreams of Sushi). The Lazarus Effect opens in theaters on 27 February 2015.
