Bangladesh beat Nepal to seal spot in final of U19 Women's Asia Cup

Bangladesh cruised to a comfortable nine-wicket victory over Nepal to seal a spot in the final of the ACC U-19 Women's Asia Cup in Malaysia on Friday.

Fahomida Choya's all-round display helped Bangladesh restrict Nepal to 54-8 in an 11-over-a-side contest and chase down the target with nine wickets in hand and seven balls to spare. 

Left-arm spinner Choya returned a solitary wicket for 14 runs after Bangladesh elected to field first and scored an unbeaten 32-ball 26, featuring three fours, to guide her side across the finish line. 

Bangladesh will take on India in the grand finale of the tournament in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday.
