The Hyderabad High Court on Monday asked the Committee of Administrators to immediately appoint an observer from the BCCI to monitor the India-Bangladesh Test match to be held at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium from February 9.

The High Court also directed the appointment of a financial adviser to ensure proper maintenance of the records of the controversy-ridden Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA).
