Shammo Krira beat Star Club

Shammo Krira O Shangskritik Goshthi defeated Star Club by 261 runs in the opening match of the Thakurgaon Cricket League at the Shaheed Mohammad Ali Stadium on Thursday.

After winning the toss, Shammo elected to bat first and piled on a massive 320 runs before being bundled out in 48.4 overs.

In reply, Star Club hobbled to 59 all out in 30 overs.

Earlier, DC of Thakurgaon Abdul Awal inaugurated the event as chief guest.
