India’s veteran batter Virat Kohli has told the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) that he wants to retire from Tests, reports multiple Indian news outlets.

Pakistan cricket has moved the remaining matches in its own T20 league to the United Arab Emirates because of player safety.

Cricket officials decided to pause the T20 tournament after a match on Thursday was abandoned in Dharamsala, less than 200 kilometres (125 miles) from the town of Jammu, where explosions were reported hours earlier.
