The Men's Recurve team, comprising Ruman Sana, Hakim Ahmed Rubel and Ram Krishna, beat Kazakhstan 6-2 set points in the medal deciding match before the Women's Recurve team, starring Diya Siddique, Nasrin Akter and Beauty Roy, managed to to beat Vietnam 5-3 set points to ensure the second bronze medal of the day for the hosts.

However, Bangladesh men's compound team lost 223-235 to India in the bronze deciding match at the same venue.

The latest triumphs have provided the first medals for Bangladesh at the Asian Archery Championships, and on Friday the hosts will be aiming for gold in the Recurve Mixed Team event.
