Despite a much-improved performance in the second round, golfer Siddikur Rahman endured another cut miss in the Omega European Masters in Switzerland yesterday. The 30-year-old golfer recovered from a disastrous first-round score of five-over-par (75) to post an even-par (70) in the second round, but it wasn't good enough to see him through to the weekend rounds as the cut was made at one-under-par (139).

This is the fourth time in six attempts that Siddikur has missed the cut in this event. He had previously missed the cut in his inaugural appearance in 2010 and later in 2012 and 2013 while withdrawing after the first round last year. Siddikur's best effort to date was in 2011 when he finished joint 18th with a score of nine-under (275).
