BSPA awards Shitul

Farhad Ahmed Shitul has been adjudged the best Bangladeshi player of the Hero Asia Cup by the Bangladesh Sports Press Association (BSPA) following the defender's consistent performance throughout the tournament.

BSPA president Mustafa Mamun and Asia Hockey Federation CEO Tayyeb Ikram handed over the award to the left-back during an interval of the third-place deciding match between Pakistan and South Korea at the Maulana Bhasani Hockey Stadium yesterday.
