Gavasker to miss Imran's oath-taking

Imran Khan is all set to take the oath as the Prime Minister of Pakistan after winning the general elections in the country for Pakistan Tehreek-e- Insaf (PTI). The World Cup winning captain of Pakistan decided to invite former Indian cricketers including Sunil Gavaskar for the ceremony which will take place on August 18. But Gavaskar has cleared that he won't be travelling to Pakistan and has declined the invitation.
Gavaskar is due to be present in England to cover the ongoing Test series between India and the hosts during the same time when his fellow Pakistan counterpart will step in as the Prime Minister of his country.
