Junior Hockey deferred

Bangabandhu Al-Arafa Islami Bank Junior (U-21) Asia Cup hockey has been deferred by five months and will now take place in June.

Bangladesh Hockey Federation (BHF) was supposed to host the tournament in January next year.

"As the youth and sports ministry don't want to permit hosting  international tournament this year in fear of the second wave of coronavirus, we decided to push the tournament till June," BHF acting general secretary Mohammad Yousuf said.
