Navy win Independence Cup Volleyball tournament

Bangladesh Navy won the Walton Independence Cup Volleyball tournament with a straight 3-0 sets victory over Bangladesh Air Force in the final at the Shaheed Noor Hossain National Volleyball Stadium today.

Navy beat Air Force 25-16, 25-16 and 25-16 in the final to clinch the title. Meanwhile, Bangladesh Army became runners-up as they registered a 25-23, 16-25, 25-19 and 25-23 win over Titas Club in the place-deciding match.

Sajibur Rahman, Mohammad Al Amin and Abdul Hakim of Navy were named the best attacker, best setter and the best libero respectively.
