Pakistan's under-19 cricket team will tour Bangladesh to play a four-day match and four 50-over matches from April 19 to May 5, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) confirmed yesterday.

In a press release, the PCB said that the tour will help them prepare for next year's World Cup (CWC) in the West Indies.

Pakistan U-19 coach Ijaz Ahmed said that playing against Bangladesh, who won the ICC U-19 CWC last year, will be a "wonderful grooming opportunity" for the players against "one of the most formidable U19 sides at present." The squad will be vaccinated for Covid-19 before departing for Dhaka on April 12.
