Thousands inundated in Sylhet-Sunamganj flood

Sylhet, Sunamganj, and Habiganj have been submerged due to heavy rains and hill floods. Two children drowned in floodwaters in Moulvibazar Sadar upazila.

The flood situation has worsened in Meghalaya and Assam of India and Sylhet division of Bangladesh as rains continue to fall.
