4,100 elections by end of the year: Mammoth task for so short a time

The Election Commission (EC) is planning to organise 4,100 elections by December.

Within this short span of time, it has to organise the Narayanganj city corporation mayoral elections, UP elections across the country, and many other polls which were halted due to the lockdown.

Does the EC have the capacity to take on this mammoth task within this short timeframe?

And how does it plan to manage the chaotic local government elections?
