While university graduates across the country are putting all of their efforts to be recruited for jobs, often preferably in civil service -- Razia Sultana Sumi, a graduate of Dhaka University, has found financial solvency back in her village.

Sumi's will to help her sister find self-employment, and to bring her father's profession back to a place of prestige, has introduced her to vermicompost. But, the path to self-employment was not paved with roses.
