Gas price: Left-leaning parties stage demo in Dhaka

Gonotantrik Bam Morcha, an alliance of left-leaning political parties, today staged a demonstration in Dhaka fearing a looming hike in gas prices of households.

Bringing out a procession, the activists tried to march towards the Secretariat but were forced to end their demonstration in the face of police bar.
