Karam festival -- centred around the worship of trees -- is celebrated by indigenous communities in the Bangla month of Bhadra.

Karam festival -- centred around the worship of trees -- is celebrated by indigenous communities in the Bangla month of Bhadra.

This year, 20 cultural groups from different indigenous communities including Munda, Oraon, Bedia, Santhal and Kharia took part in the Karam festival in the Mohadevpur Dak Bungalow field in Naogaon.
