Movement restrictions violated as millions move to Dhaka

Repercussions of the decision to open export-oriented factories have been overwhelmingly evident today (31 July) throughout the country -- as millions of workers have been on the move towards the capital on ferries, rickshaws, vans, trucks and on foot to get back to their workplace.
