No coordination, regulation in operations of IPTV

The cyberspace of Bangladesh has become saturated with unregulated internet protocol television (IPTV) operating with a handful of staff and often earning money for airing particular news items or through blackmailing and extortion.

The administration has shown a lack of coordination in approval of IPTVs, issuing licenses and surveillance on the kind of content being aired.
