Private cars, passengers board ferries despite movement restrictions

Despite the movement restriction -- except on vehicles carrying cargo, patients and the deceased -- during the ongoing strict lockdown, ferries were seen transporting private cars and passengers alongside cargo vehicles on the Paturia-Daulatdia route.
