Safari park at the cost of a reserved forest?

The reserved forest at Lathitila in Moulvibazar is being replaced with a Safari Park -- a move which experts are calling a grave threat to the native flora-fauna.

Besides being a threat to the already shrinking population of native animals and forest trees in the country, the decision has serious implications for 300 families -- living in the forest area for generations -- that they will be evicted.
