The house of legendary actress Suchitra Sen, located in Gopalpur Hem Sagor Lane of Pabna, is now open for all thanks to the Pabna district administration.
The house of legendary actress Suchitra Sen, located in Gopalpur Hem Sagor Lane of Pabna, is now open for all thanks to the Pabna district administration.
For all latest news, follow The Daily Star's Google News channel. Long neglected and under control of Imam Gazzali Trust, a Jamaat-e-Islami backed organisation, the house was taken by the district administration in 2014 after a legal battle.
From April 10, the house has been opened for all.
Suchitra Sen was born on April, 6, 1931 at Bangabari of Sirajganj. She passed her early life in Hem Sagor Lane in the town.
