North South University (NSU) is celebrating its 24th anniversary. To memorialise its achievements in the private university sector, the NSU has scheduled a nine-day long programme which started on March 3, says a press release.

The days and times of our lives have been rather agonising, given the political tension our country is currently going through.

The Daily Star has just turned 24. In this period, the Arts & Entertainment page has grown from a black and white half-page daily publication to a full page published six days a week and a full-blown two-page centre fold on weekends.

TODAY we celebrate our 24th anniversary. For this journey of more than two decades, so satisfying and rewarding, we profoundly thank our readers, contributors, patrons and advertisers without whose inestimable support we would not have been able to come so far.
