A 30-year-old man threw acid on his wife while she was sleeping at her parents’ house in Rajshahi’s Godagari upazila early today, police say.

Two sisters suffered burns as unidentified criminals threw flammable chemicals at them while they were asleep at their home in Habiganj's Madhabpur upazila early Friday.
