For two decades now, Afran Nisho has stood out as one of the top stars of his generation. This Eid, the actor will also be making his silver screen debut with Raihan Rafi's "Shurongo".

As there’s a couple of days remaining till Eid, the productions houses of Eid releases are now all busy with their film’s promotional works. Even the stars are giving their all, promoting their films via appearing in promotional events and on social media.

The trailer opens with Haque issuing a warning: "Never attempt to kill your wife, as no matter how hard you try, you will inevitably be caught."

Raihan Rafi's upcoming film "Shurongo" will soon be releasing in Kolkata as shared by the director on his Facebook post. 

“Ask him who his favourite actress is,” smiled Tama Mirza, as she teasingly pointed towards a wry-smiling Afran Nisho. The chemistry between the two shone though, as the two visited The Daily Star premises to promote "Shurongo", Nisho’s momentous first film.

Yesterday, Raihan Rafi released the teaser of his much awaited film "Surongo", where audiences get to witness a mysterious Nisho as he jumps into the tunnel. 

Vicky Zahed’s “Punorjonmo” universe stars Afran Nisho and Mehazabien Chowdhury in the central roles. The final chapter of the franchise, “Punorjonmno: Ontim Porbo” will be aired on Channel i this coming Eid.

While shooting for Raihan Rafi's "Shurongo" in Chittagong, Afran Nisho took some time off yesterday to serve iftar for almost 1200 homeless and underprivileged individuals. 

In what is considered to be a unique way to promote a web series, a Facebook account named Allen Swapan has started to send friend requests to netizens.

"I promise you that despite all the complications, you will only see the best of our performance on screen,” said the actor on his big screen debut film.

After a long break, Tama is now set to return to the big screen. Currently, she is busy shooting Raihan Rafi’s latest film, "Shurongo".

Afran Nisho, who has proven his acting prowess on the small screen and OTT platforms, is now stepping into the big world of cinema. He is making his film debut with the film, "Shurongo,” directed by Raihan Rafi. Recently, the shooting of the film started in Sylhet.

Nisho will be making his silver screen debut—opposite the actress Tama Mirza—through this film. 

Raihan Rafi's much awaited film, "Surongo", kicked off its star-studded muhurat ceremony yesterday, at a five-star hotel in Dhaka.
