A Dhaka court today placed Bangladesh Jatiyo Party (Manzu) Chairman Andaleeve Rahman Partho on a three-day fresh remand in a case filed over vandalising and setting Setu Bhaban in Dhaka on fire on July 18

The detective branch (DB) of police arrested Bangladesh Jatiya Party Chairman and former member of parliament Andaleeve Rahman Partho from his Gulshan residence early today.

Andaleeve Rahman Partho, chairman of Bangladesh Jatiya Party (BJP), one of the components of BNP-led 20-party alliance, announces to stay aside from the coalition.
