Ireland captain Andrew Balbirnie said beating England in a Test would "easily be our best achievement in cricket" as the underdogs prepare to face Ben Stokes' men at Lord's this week.

The start of the second ODI between Ireland and Bangladesh has been delayed due to rain. Cricket Ireland twitted that its raining and the toss has been delayed.  

Ireland will need to win all three matches of the series including a big-margin win in one of those to have a chance of directly qualifying for this year's ODI World Cup.
