Tomorrow marks the death anniversary of the rebel poet. On this occasion, the famous song written by the poet, “Kandari Hushiar”, is being released today on the YouTube channel Rtv Music.

"Nasek Nasek" famed singer Animes Roy will be lending his voice to a Tollywood film for the first time. The film titled, "O Obhagi" is a cinematic adaptation of the timeless story "Obhagir Swargo" written by Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay. Animes will be singing the title track of this film.

On Thursday, the new season of “Amader Gaan” began with the release of a new rendition of the acclaimed lyricist's famous song “Tumi Arekbar Ashiya”, beautifully reiterated by the talented young vocalist, Animes Roy.
