“Avatar: The Way of Water” claimed the No. 1 spot on the domestic box office charts for the seventh weekend in a row with an additional $15.7 million, according to studio estimates on Sunday.

New movies like “Plane” and “House Party” were no match for “Avatar: The Way of Water” and the killer doll horror “M3GAN” at the box office this weekend U.S. and Canadian theaters. The two holdovers topped the charts again according to studio estimates Sunday.

The seventh outlet of STAR Cineplex is going to open in Rajshahi’s Hi-Tech Park, on Friday, January 13. Country’s first full-fledged animated film “Mujib Amar Pita” will be the first film to be screened at the inaugural ceremony. Besides, “Avatar-The Way of Water” will also be screened on the same day.
