For the first time in her career, Jaya is set to appear in a Bangladeshi web-series, which will premiere on Hoichoi on March 28. Titled “Jimmi”, the series is helmed by acclaimed director Ashfaque Nipun.

The shooting of “Bagan Bilash” took place in Dhaka, specifically in the historic areas of Old Dhaka. Jaya remarked, "We filmed in Old Dhaka. The location added a lot of charm to the project."
