Bangladesh Railway (BR) will start selling tickets from 8:00am tomorrow (May 24, 2022) for three trains to be operated between Bangladesh and India.

Railway services between Bangladesh and India are likely to be resumed from May 29 after the operation remained suspended for more than two years due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Bangladesh Railway has started working to increase the number of trips between Bangladesh and India.

Bandhan Express will make a three-minute stoppage at Jashore Railway Junction from Thursday (March 7), allowing passengers to get on and off the train during their journey to and from Kolkata.

‘Bandhan Express’, the new passenger train service between Khulna and Kolkata, has been scheduled to be inaugurated on November 9 in a bid to ease communication between two neighbouring countries.
