Bangladesh Police FC advanced to the semifinals of the Federation Cup after three seasons with a 3-0 win over three-time champions Sheikh Jamal DC in the third quarterfinal at the Sheikh Fazlul Haque Moni Stadium in Gopalganj today.

A brilliant second-half strike from Edward Enrique helped Bangladesh Police FC return to winning ways in the Bangladesh Premier League with a 1-0 win over Sheikh Russel KC at the Bashundhara Kings Arena on Saturday.

Bangladesh Police finished in third position, leaving Mohammedan and Sheikh Russel KC in fourth and fifth positions respectively, as the Bangladesh Premier League came to an end yesterday.
