The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced that all ticket proceeds from today’s third and final T20I between Bangladesh and Pakistan at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium will be donated to those affected by the recent tragic jet crash at Milestone College in Uttara, and the July Shaheed Smrity Foundation.

With the series already in the bag, Bangladesh will vie to inflict a clean-sweep over Pakistan by winning the third and final T20I at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur today and complete a few more feats in the process.

The win in today’s game, however, will enable the Tigers to win their first T20I series over Pakistan after 10 years, while it will also help them register their first victory in a T20I series involving multiple matches.

After just one match, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has again re-issued a ban on bringing food and beverages into the venue for the second and third T20I between Bangladesh and Pakistan set to take place at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium on July 22 and 24, respectively.

From fiery spells and sharp fielding to joyous crowd celebrations, the Tigers roared loud -- securing only their fourth win in 23 T20Is against Pakistan.

According to a press release issued by the BCB today, fans will be permitted to carry food and drinks into the stadium, provided they pass through security checks.

Fresh off clinching their maiden T20I series over Sri Lanka, Bangladesh will be looking to continue their winning momentum in the shortest format when they take on Pakistan in the first T20I of the three-match series at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur today.

Just a day after the Bangladesh team's return following the T20I series triumph in Sri Lanka, the Tigers had an optional training session on Friday ahead of their three-match T20I series against Pakistan.

As expected, Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has named an unchanged squad for the T20I series against Pakistan following the tour of Sri Lanka.

Pakistan have announced a 15-member squad for the three-match T20I series against Bangladesh, set to begin on July 20 at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka.

"Intent in T20s has to be there. When you are chasing 200 runs, you can't let the required run rate go over 13. If you take the average at 13, it will be tough for you," Mushtaq told reporters after the match.

Bangladesh have a poor T20I record against Pakistan, winning just 3 out of 19 encounters and losing 16.

“Our aim is to play positive, attacking cricket, the kind that teams across the world are adopting. But it’s important that we do so smartly. We will play fearless cricket, not careless cricket,” Salman emphasised. 

The task, however, will not be an easy one, especially with the Tigers missing the services of three of their frontline pacers.
