"I can't say how long it's [England U19 contract] for. I don’t know if he will be available for the Pakistan series,” BCB CEO Nizamuddin Chowdhury told The Daily Star today.

“Actually, this is the biggest tournament after the World Cup. I have really worked hard in the last two years for this and finally, my target has been fulfilled,” Shathira Jakir Jessy said.

When asked about the team’s approach in the Afghanistan game, Papon had no answers, saying, “What can I say about that?”

As another discussion follows on performances, will BCB this time be relieved with having made the second stage, or will they form another probe committee?

Following the red-ball format, Bangladesh A will play a fifty-over tri-series with Pakistan Shaheens and Northern Territory of Australia.

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has requested the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) to postpone next month’s white-ball series to be played in Greater Noida between July 25 and August 6.
